1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

In these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), the terms "Company", "we" or "us" refer to Rich Royal Casino, a brand operated by NovaForge Ltd under Anjouan Gaming Board licensing (hereinafter referred to as "NovaForge Ltd"). The term "Player" refers to any individual accessing our online gaming platform. By using our services and/or creating an account with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We shall endeavour to facilitate withdrawals promptly; however, we cannot guarantee that funds will be returned within a specific timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms, including but not limited to any breach hereunder, shall be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Marshall Islands (Anjouan Gaming Board jurisdiction). Any and all claims must be brought within one year after such cause of action accrues.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Marshall Islands (Anjouan Gaming Board jurisdiction), without regard to conflicts of law principles that might require application of another jurisdiction's law.
